Job Description

Base starting rate is $17.50 and an additional $2.50/hr for Perfect Attendance paid monthly! Employees can qualify for more than base rate based on experience/demonstrated skills after hiring on.

Scepter Inc. in Waverly, TN has openings for Rotary and Casthouse production workers.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Operate mobile equipment to stage raw materials for processing, and move finished goods to storage areas.
  • Prepare casting lines for running finished products.
  • Collect and prepare aluminum samples for lab analysis.
  • Skim dross from molten sows, mark and remove finished sows from the casting line.
  • Maintain quality standards of finished goods.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards in area of responsibility.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen.
  • Experience with forklifts and front end loaders helpful, but not required.
  • Willing to work in a hot environment.
  • Reliable.
